Birthday Parties for those who are turning 13 through 24 are prohibited.

Notice

• The clubhouse must be cleaned and building secured after use or deposit is forfeited.
• All remaining balances will be paid in full by the Thursday prior to Rental Date. Failure to do so may result in forfeit of deposit and reservation.
• A $25.00 Call out fee shall be deducted from the security deposit for after hour call outs.
• CITY ORDINANCE #880 PROHIBITS ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON THE PREMISES.
• FIRE REGULATIONS PROHIBIT COOKING IN THE KITCHEN WITH ANY FORM OF GREASE
• YOU ATTEST THAT YOU ARE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER

The Department of Leisure Services of the City of Panama City, acting as the rental agent of the Clubhouse selected above does hereby agree to rent to the signer of the agreement the following equipment, area or areas, at the selected Clubhouse for the event selected/entered above. 

Payments to be made to the City of Panama City are subject to the conditions and stipulations contained herein, and as outlined in the FACILITY REGULATIONS for Recreation Buildings, which are, by reference, made a part thereof. The RENTER hereby acknowledges having read the Facility Regulations and does hereby agree to the Notice outlined above.
