Street Light Banner Program - Honoree Profile
The City of Panama City is proud to announce its new Street Light Banner Program honoring frontline medical professionals — doctors, nurses, medical technicians and others — who have worked around-the-clock caring for our community amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
The program, sponsored by the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), is free and open to medical professionals currently working in Bay County. The street light banners will include the medical professional’s name, job title and portrait. Banners will be placed on street light poles throughout Downtown Panama City, Glenwood, Millville and St. Andrews in May.
A portrait-style photo, preferably professional headshot, is required. Qualified applicants will be selected on a first-come, first-serve basis and space is initially limited to 215 banners.
