HOMETOWN HEROES
Banner Program - Honoree Profile
Thank you for your interest in the City of Panama City's Hometown Heroes program, honoring those who are serving or have served our country in the United States Armed Forces with streetlight banners.
The streetlight banners include the veteran’s name, branch of service, and photo in uniform. Banners are placed on street light poles throughout the City for Memorial Day and Veterans Day.
The program, sponsored by the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), is free and open to Bay County residents or immediate family members of a Bay County resident.
To nominate your Hometown Hero for participation in this program, complete the online application form below and submit a portrait-style photo of the veteran or active duty service member in uniform within the form.
